WelcomE TO FIT N FRUITFUL
Give people the opportunity to meet fitness goals while infusing JOY into their lives through movement. This is practiced through a dance fitness class titled ‘Release’. This upbeat class consists of a mash-up of dance styles (modern, ballet, jazz, cheer, kickboxing, etc.) and is filled with choreography resulting in a stellar cardio and strength building work out.
Being ‘Fit N Fruitful’ is a lifestyle - activity leads to having greater abilities and enjoying an abundant life!

I am Meghan Millat, a registered dietitian, group fitness instructor and founder of Fit N Fruitful. I have always had a passion for dancing. Growing up I participated in tap, ballet, and jazz lessons and recitals. Later, my dancing took on the form of cheer competitions and half time shows. Now, I get my dancing in through group fitness classes and turning up the dance floor at the occasional wedding.
I find dancing to be a thrill; it gives me the chance to let loose, exert energy, and release whatever worries or obstacles I may be facing at the time.
While in college, transitioning away from the cheer competition and dance recital scene, I discovered group fitness instructing to be a new way to connect with and share positive energy with people. I started Fit N Fruitful with the goal of creating a supportive and fun environment where people can unite and dance to be fit!
Come dance! Together we’ll release our worries and work toward our wellness goals! We will enjoy a variety of upbeat music, dance styles, basic weight bearing exercises and stretches.
